Salary: $35,000-40,000
Job Summary:
Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, coolers, vendors, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store to attract attention of prospective customers by performing the following duties.
Essential duties:
• Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Transfers product from customer stockroom to floor displays coolers, vendors, to comply with “Sell By” dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room.
• Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Branch Manager and Sales Manager or Presales Rep.
• Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
• Wears company provided uniform and present professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience and Education

• Communication Skills

• Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiple, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and percent and to draw interpret bar graphs.
• Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Computer Skills
Basic computer skills required including accessing websites and sending / receiving e-mails
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid WA State Driver’s License, maintain good driving record, and proof of Insurance.

Employees will refrain from using any vehicle that is not in full and safe working order. All safety suggestions and regulations regarding vehicle use will be followed by employees. This includes the use of seatbelts and hands-free cell phone equipment.
All employees that take home company vehicles are required to keep a mileage log showing total business and personal usage.
Company vehicle are to be driven by Weinstein Beverage employees.
Employees should keep their use of the company vehicle for personal use to a minimum.
Employees are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their vehicle. (inside and out)
CDL Driver - Omak
Job Title: Route CDL Delivery Driver
Department: Sales & Delivery
FLSA Status: Nonexempt
Branch/Area: Wenatchee and Moses Lake
Pay scale: $23.78-$29.73
Summary: Drives truck over established route to deliver products & materials. Loading, unloading, and moving products and materials within each account as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Drives truck, makes deliveries to customer's place of business, on the highway, rural, and city street conditions, in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Loads and unloads product and materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, hand truck, forklift, and/or electric pallet jack, as appropriate.
• Loads products and materials into vehicles to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Conveys products and materials between truck and designated loading and delivery area.
• Arranges products and materials according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
• Counts and records any breakage and/or spoilage on appropriate sheets.
• Works without direct supervision.
• Effectively resolves customer complaints.
• Operates computerized inventory and invoicing system.
• Safely and securely handles, counts & deposits all monies received throughout the day.
• Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise.
• Conducts and/or supervises truck loading and unloading and secures loads.
• Issues or obtains customer signature or receipt for pickup or delivery.
• Cleans inside of the truck. Performs routine maintenance on truck.
• Wears company-provided uniform to include proper footwear and presents a professional image of customers and the workplace.
