Merchandiser - Moses Lake

A beverage merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the proper placement, presentation, and stock of beverage products in retail stores to drive sales and enhance product visibility. This role plays a key part in maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring products are always available, and supporting marketing and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stocking and Organizing: Ensure that beverage products are properly stocked and organized on shelves, coolers, or displays according to planograms and company guidelines.
- Product Rotation: Implement stock rotation to ensure that older items are sold first (FIFO—First In, First Out) and prevent product expiration.
- Display Setup: Create eye-catching, well-organized product displays to promote seasonal, new, or high-demand products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensuring products are always available on the shelves. Report any inventory shortages or out-of-stock issues to the supervisor.
- Sales Support: Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and displays, ensuring that the store’s beverage selection aligns with marketing goals.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff to ensure optimal product placement and store execution.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards while working with products, including correct handling, storage, and temperature management for perishable beverages.
- Reporting: Maintain and submit regular reports on inventory, sales, and merchandising activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid WA State Driver’s License, maintain a good driving record, and provide proof of auto insurance meeting employer requirements.
- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, sit, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees will be required to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.
Work Environment
- Travel between retail locations may be required.
- Regular physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and stocking shelves.
- Position may require working early mornings, evenings, and weekends to ensure stock is replenished.
Non-CDL Box Truck Driver - MOSES LAKE

The Non-CDL Box Truck Driver will be responsible for delivering beverages to our clients, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a non-CDL box truck to deliver beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Load and unload delivery truck according to company guidelines and safety standards.
- Verify the contents of the truck to ensure accurate delivery orders, including checking inventory and product quantities.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers during deliveries.
- Ensure all delivery paperwork, including delivery receipts, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Safely and securely handles, counts & deposits all monies received throughout the day according to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining the warehouse and inventory levels by assisting with unloading and stocking at the facility as needed.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents immediately to the Transportation Supervisor.
- Communicate with driver supervisor to ensure timely and efficient delivery routes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (non-CDL).
- Ability to safely operate a non-CDL box truck (up to 26,000 lbs).
- Previous driving or delivery experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete delivery paperwork.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN - MOSES LAKE

A Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of beverage dispensing equipment, including fountain machines, coolers, and vending units. This role requires strong mechanical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, service, and maintain beverage dispensing equipment & vending units at customer locations
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate service records, work logs, and inventory documentation
• Communicate with customers to explain equipment issues and solutions
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Drive company vehicles responsibly and maintain tools and equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or a related technical role
• Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively
• Experience with beverage equipment, refrigeration systems, or HVAC
• EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
